Jerry Darkes has been involved in fly fishing for most of his life. He has worked in northern Ohio shops, started the first “Fly Fishing Only” guide service on Ohio’s Lake Erie tributaries, spent 30 years as an industry sales rep, and has penned three books and dozens of magazine articles. His fly-fishing travels have taken him across the United States and Canada, to Belize, Chile, and New Zealand. There are very few opportunities in fly fishing he has not experienced.
